We send the layout design to our PCBA partner for production, then manufacture LED module samples in-house using SMT machines. Our engineers rigorously test and analyze sample performance before reviewing results with you for approval or further iterations.

After sample approval, production begins upon receipt of a blanket PO. We also offer UL certification services for new or updated light fixtures, serving as your comprehensive solution for prototyping, UL testing, assembly, and production.
